13th Nordic Symposium on Building Physics
NSB 2023

210 papers!
We are happy to announce that we have received 210 full paper contributions to NSB 2023 (180 Scientific Papers and 30 Technical Papers).
Focus
NSB 2023 focuses on the heat, air and moisture transfer in buildings, and on aspects in microbiology, building services and energy performance linked or strongly interacting with building physics.
Theme
The NSB 2023 theme is “Building physics as a key player for sustainable built environment” addressing findings and challenges in building sustainable society with respect to building physics. New materials and solutions, innovative or of natural origin and when used in a new context, all require a throughout understanding of the building physics, including in respect to the changing climatic conditions.
Target group
NSB 2023 welcomes scientists, practitioners, PhD students and other building professionals to share new research, demonstrate innovative and sustainable building technologies and discuss current and future challenges and solutions within building physics.
About the Nordic Symposium on Building Physics (NSB)
Nordic Symposium on Building Physics (NSB) has been arranged every third year since 1987 and is the largest international conference in Building Physics with longest timeline and traditions. NSB is organized in the Nordic countries but is not limited to cold climate and has now participants from all over the world.
